The Seneca Creek Trail is one of the most beautiful in all of West Virginia, and it's a perfect summer getaway. The stream is a freestone stream about nine and one-half miles long, that flows into the North Fork of the South Branch of the Potomac River. Seneca Creek lies within the Appalachian Mountains, in the Spruce Knob-Seneca Rocks National Recreation Area of the Monongahela National Forest.
